Administrative coordinator

Position

As leaders in providing innovative medical rehabilitation services to children and adults in Eastern Ontario, our progressive, fast paced Ottawa office is seeking highly organized and efficient Administrative Office Staff.  Our services rely on a culture of customer response time and proactive assessment of the changing business needs in rehabilitation services.  We are seeking an individual who is able to model an environment of professionalism and who is able to prioritize competing requests by meeting deadlines and ensuring clients are serviced within established timeframes.

Qualifications


 


 

College diploma in business administration a minimum requirement

A  minimum of 2 years experience in the field of administration.

High proficiency with data systems and various computer software applications especially Microsoft Word [Outlook, Power Point, Excel].

Proficiency in using Simply Accounting is an asset.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Flexibility in the face of competing work demands and duties is critical.

Knowledge of private health care and auto insurance are assets.

Bilingualism (English/French) an asset.

Duties


 

Formatting of documents

Completion of pre-treatment forms

Customer and telephone reception

Records management (hard and soft copies)

Maintaining timely, accurate data entry, invoicing and billing remittance with uniformity and consistency.

Clinical staff support

Ensuring a smooth referral process including customer follow-up.

General office duties including: filing, photocopying, mail processing, printing documentation.
