Fee Information
Fees for TRAC Group services adhere
to Ontario fee guidelines for regulated health-care providers
and fee guidelines set out by the Financial Services Commission
of Ontario, which oversees automobile insurance. The TRAC
Group does not charge fees on top of these amounts.
Our fees are usually paid by the client and/or a third-party,
such as an insurer, long-term disability benefits provider
or employer. A physician’s referral may be required
for reimbursement through extended health insurance carriers.
In all cases, we work with clients to identify publicly funded
options that may be available to them.
We charge the same fees for privately funded services as
we charge for services funded by a third party.
