Mobility/ADP ASSESSMENTS (Wheelchair/Walker/Scooter)

The TRAC Group’s highly skilled team includes Registered Nurses, Speech-Language Pathologists, Communicative Disorders Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Life Skills Workers, Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors and Rehabilitation Consultants. Working together, we design and deliver services that are tailored to each client’s unique needs.

TRAC Group provides bilingual assessments for assistive
mobility and communications devices, including:

• Power and manual wheelchairs
• Walkers
• Scooters
• Communication aids

We can provide assessments to help you obtain these items under the Assistive Devices Program or help you identify who can deliver them right away.

Our clinicians are skilled with respect to the totality of a client’s mobility needs inclusive of assessing the level of function, identification of requirements, development of recommendations, communication with appropriate vendors, client participation in a trial of equipment, completion of a prescription and equipment implementation. TRAC occupational therapists are ADP certified.
