Ms. McIntosh has 7 years of related experience within the vocational field. She is a member in good standing with the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada (VRA) as well as the Canadian Assessment, Vocational Evaluation and Work Adjustment Society (CAVEWAS). Work within the vocational field includes providing vocational rehabilitation services, return to work services, case management and disability management services for various clients, government programs, WSIB, ODSP, lawyers and long term disability and auto insurers.

Experienced in vocational assessments and evaluations; job skills training; employment counseling; workshop facilitation; vocational planning; coordinating and implementing return to work programs; career assessment and planning with high school students and implementing return to work programs. Knowledgeable in working with a variety of populations with disabilities including mental illness, physical injuries and cognitive injuries.
