Experience providing bilingual hospital and community based occupational therapy assessment and treatment to a variety of client populations with severe disability including individuals with: orthopedic & musculoskeletal injuries, mental health issues, neurological issues, cognitive deficits, multiple trauma injuries, and acquired brain injury.
Expertise in conducting: functional cognitive assessments, home functional and safety assessments, assessment of attendant care needs, functional abilities assessments, ergonomic worksite consultations, physical demands analysis, work hardening programs, cognitive rehabilitation and functional restoration programs in home, community and clinical settings.
Experience & expertise in the provision of bilingual case management services to a variety of client populations including individuals with acquired brain injuries, soft tissue, and orthopaedic injuries
Knowledge of relevant legislation governing provision of professional services to the public health, auto and disability insurance sectors. |
