injury or who is struggling with depression, anxiety or other
family/workplace problem, the TRAC
Group can help.
We provide a full range of bilingual vocational rehabilitation
programs and services in a variety of settings in Eastern
Ontario. Customized to meet the specific needs of each employee
and employer, our co-ordinated, time-limited and cost-effective
programs and services are designed to help each client achieve
a successful and enduring return to work.
Our vocational programs and services
Our team of more than 20 clinicians includes Vocational Rehabilitation
Counsellors, Registered Nurses, Speech-Language Pathologists,
Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and
Job Coaches. We provide services at home, in the community,
in our own clinic and in workplace settings. Our services
include:

Every TRAC Group client’s
file is reviewed monthly by our Program Co-ordinator, who
has 15 years’ experience in nursing and 12 years’
experience in community rehabilitation. The Program Co-ordinator
makes sure program protocols are followed and rehabilitation
plans are working as they should be.
