Community Care Access Centre
TRAC Group is proud to partner with the Champlain Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) to provide overflow therapy services to adults and children throughout the Champlain District.
TRAC Group Speech-Language Pathologists work with clients to address speech, language, swallowing and cognitive communication challenges following illness or injury. Using best practice guidelines and state of the art tools, TRAC Group Speech-Language Pathologists work with clients, caregivers and families to ensure safe swallowing and maximize functional communication and quality of life.
TRAC Group Physiotherapists work with clients to increase strength, endurance, coordination, balance, and range of motion following illness or injury.Utilizing therapeutic exercise programs, manual therapy, education, manipulation, and/or the development of fitness and wellness-oriented programs, TRAC Group Physiotherapistswork with clients to ensure safety and restore function.
TRAC Group Occupational Therapists work with clients experiencing physical, cognitive, or psychological challenges to maximize their engagement in and independence across the spectrum of normal life activities. With a focus on function, TRAC Group Occupational Therapists work with clients, caregivers and families to promote safe client participation in activities of daily life and improve quality of life.
