Experienced in providing community and clinical based occupational therapy consultation, assessment and treatment services to a variety of client populations, including acquired brain injury diagnoses, spinal cord injuries, orthopaedic, musculoskeletal and mental health disorders in Eastern Ontario.
Experienced in conducting in-home activities of daily living assessments and attendant care (Form 1) assessments; Insurer’s Examinations; home discharge assessments and discharge planning; functional cognitive assessments; home modification/accessibility, home safety and mobility assessments; functional abilities evaluations; job analysis assessments; and ergonomic assessments in a variety of settings ranging from office to industrial workplace environments.
